At Inclusive Nutrition, we strive for everyone to have access to individualised and practical dietetic support. We understand people with disability may have unique nutrition needs and may face challenges with everyday eating, swallowing difficulties, sensory processing differences, limited mobility, accessing food, and meal preparation. By adopting inclusive nutrition practices, we work together towards achieving individual goals. This could be linked to enhancing nutrient intake and food optimisation or aimed at enhancing the capacity of the individual, families and or carer(s). The goal of our support is to improve the overall quality of life for our participants.
The following interventions are focused on improving the capacity of our participants and their carer(s)
